Our current budget has obviously impacted the speed of our development and marketing initiatives. We are actively seeking solutions to optimize our resources and enhance our capabilities.
Project Scope Management
In our pursuit to enrich SpaceXpanse Multiverse’s features and appeal to our fellow crypto enthusiasts and developers, the project's scope expanded drastically, logically leading to extended development timelines. We are now implementing stricter scope management to ensure timely delivery.
Market Dynamics
The inherent volatility in the cryptocurrency market, particularly fluctuations in the ROD price, has influenced our strategic decisions and timelines. We are developing strategies to mitigate these impacts moving forward.
Community Engagement
